Tentative title: Microplastic in environmental samples: Identification and quantification by Raman microspectroscopy

Dr. Natalia P. Ivleva is the head of Raman & SEM Group at the Institute of Hydrochemistry, Chair of Analytical Chemistry and Water Chemistry, the Technical University of Munich, Germany. Her research interests focus on the application of Raman microspectroscopy (RM) for nondestructive chemical 2D & 3D studies of various environmental matrices & pollutants, ranging from biofilms and engineered nanoparticles to microplastics (MP). In particular, she is working on the development of RM-based methods for reliable analysis of MP as well as submicro- and nanoplastic particles in environmental samples.
